Royal Boles is a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to fostering authentic connection through the power of intentional communication. With a vision to bridge gaps between people, ideas, and purpose, Royal builds platforms that inspire dialogue, collaboration, and growth.
Believing that true impact begins with understanding, she empowers individuals and organizations to communicate with clarity and confidence.
Rev. Dr. Kurt S. Clark, Sr.
Senior Pastor, Sardis Missionary Baptist Church
Dr. Kurt S. Clark, is senior pastor of Sardis Missionary Baptist Church in Birmingham, AL.
An established voice at conferences, colleges and churches throughout the country, Dr. Clark developed his passion for liberation as an undergraduate Liberal Arts major and throughout his graduate studies. As pastor and professor, Dr. Clark has given himself to the emancipation and liberation of all people created in God’s image/imago-Dei.
Jacobie Williams
Founder / Executive Director, Everybodywens
Jacobie is the founder of EverybodyWENS, a movement rooted in mentorship, faith, and self-empowerment that uplifts youth and men through life skills development, purpose discovery, and trauma-informed outreach.
He also serves with the Birmingham Housing Authority, supporting community development initiatives that address cycles of violence, poverty, and disconnection.
Quincy Moore
Owner, Concierge Mobile Barber Shop
Host, Business in the Kutt Tv
Qunicy is the Owner of Barber Concierge Mobile Barbershop, host of Business in the Kutt TV, and former President of the Fourth Avenue Merchants Association, he is a respected entrepreneur and community leader in Birmingham.
He also serves as a Chief Inspector for the Jefferson County Barber Commission while operating multiple successful business ventures that continue to uplift and strengthen the local community.
